Son of ‘Real Housewives’ star indicted on additional sex crime charges, including child molestation

ATLANTA (ANF/Gray News) - The 15-year-old son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak was indicted on multiple sex crime charges, according to authorities.

Kroy Biermann Jr., known as “KJ,” was indicted on charges including aggravated child molestation; aggravated sexual battery; aggravated sodomy; three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16; and false imprisonment.

According to an incident report, an Alpharetta police officer said he was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24 for a report of sexual assault.

The report said the alleged assault happened the day before in a Lifetime Fitness changing room.

However, police arrested him on Aug. 17.

Biermann Jr. is the third child and eldest son of the reality star and her ex-husband, Kroy Biermann, who have six children together.

The couple has since gone through a highly publicized divorce that has escalated into intense legal and custody battles.
