Black Men’s Wellness Day, 5K set to take place in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - The African American Male Wellness Agency is inviting the Birmingham community to the 2026 Black Men’s Wellness Day & 5K Walk/Run.
The free, family-friendly event is dedicated to improving health, increasing awareness and bringing the community together through wellness, education and fitness.
The event will feature free health screenings, community vendors and live entertainment.
The event takes place Saturday, Oct. 24, from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Legion Field.
