Judge rules in favor of meat supplier in lawsuit against Pihakis Restaurant Group

SHELBY COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) - A judge in Shelby County ruled in favor of a meat supplier in a lawsuit against restaurants connected to the Pihakis Restaurant Group.

Evans Meats, Inc., the supplier, claimed it was not paid for deliveries made to restaurants including Rodney Scott’s BBQ, Little Donkey and Hero Doughnut.

The judge ordered some defendants to pay a few thousand dollars and one defendant to pay more than $86,000, plus interest.
