BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - The 3rd annual Crestfest was held on Saturday.
Close to two dozen vendors came out and filled up Crestowood Shopping Center.
From facepainting for the kids to free cupcakes the event was family and pup friendly.
Organizers say it's just another way to build a strong bond within the community.
"These types of events are community building events. I mean, it's important for communities to have more peopel to come together you know that may not necessarily know each other," said Darrell O'Quin, Vice President of Greater Crestwood Inc.
Birmingham Mountain Radio joined in this year to help book three local bands for live music.
