Paid parking resumes Sunday in Gulf Shores at select public beach access points

GULF SHORES, Ala. (WALA) - A post on the City of Gulf Shores - Municipal Government Facebook page says beginning Sunday, March 1, paid parking will resume at select Gulf Shores public beach access points.

Beginning Sunday, March 1, paid parking will be in effect at select Gulf Shores public beach access points. Here’s what you need to know:

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

Gulf Shores residents park FREE at all City beach access points with a valid Hurricane Re-Entry/Beach Parking Decal. Gulf Shores has partnered with ParkMobile to make beach parking payments easier than ever. With the ParkMobile app, you can find and pay for parking using your mobile device, adding convenience to your beach trip. Paid parking in Gulf Shores is in place from March 1 through November 30 each year.

1. Download the ParkMobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play

2. Create your account

3. Enter the zone number posted on signs at your parking location

4. Select your parking duration and pay
