The World Cup spirit was on full display in Philadelphia where fans dressed in yellow and green packed the Rocky Steps hours before kickoff. The celebration comes as Brazil prepares for its second group stage match after opening the tournament with a 1-1 draw against Morocco.

Supporters said they are looking for a stronger performance from the national team as they aim to secure a crucial win.

Flags waved, chants filled the air, and the historic steps turned into a sea of Brazilian colors as excitement continued to build throughout the day.

“We are very happy to be here in Philadelphia. Very confident in Brazil. Despite the not-so-good match in the first game, we expect a much better performance tonight,” said a Brazilian fan.

Brazil enters the match under pressure after its opening draw, but many fans believe the squad has what it takes to respond and deliver a statement performance against Haiti.

“Very confident that Brazil will win the next game… I expect Neymar can play and bring more joy to our people,” a supporter added.
