Jacksonville State Athletics officially unveils new ticketing platform
JACKSONVILLE, Ala. (WBRC) - Jacksonville State officially unveiled their new ticketing platform Thursday, allowing all fans to manage their tickets through their mobile devices.
JSU announced in late July that they had partnered with Paciolan to streamline event entry and enhance overall fan experience.
With the new ticketing system, Gamecock fans now have the ability to log into their accounts and select specific seats inside AmFirst Stadium. Fans will have the option to purchase reserved seats, club level seats, or new loge seating options.
As part of the new ticketing system, all football stadium seating is now reserved and there are no more general admission seating options inside AmFirst Stadium.
The new digital ticketing technology will allow fans to purchase tickets and have them delivered instantly via email or text and will allow them to scan their mobile device for ticketing entry on game days. In addition to having the tickets sent directly to them, fans can also manage their accounts directly from their mobile device to easily transfer or exchange tickets with others.
JSU officials say that when you are selecting a seat to be sure of the section name and seat details. Different seating options are designated by their location and will not display differently from other options on the main stadium chart, according to JSU.
All fans will need to create a new ticket account that will be their home to all future ticketing transactions.
Gamecock Athletics says that AmFirst Stadium will feature two ticket booths and stadium entries for the 2024 season. Fans can enter at the Main Ticket Plaza in the southeast corner of the stadium (near the videoboard) or at Gate D in the northwest corner (near the White Football Complex). Those with tickets can enter the stadium at either location.
