CALHOUN COUNTY, AL (WBRC) - Work should begin on Thursday to remove the bats from Hobson City's town hall after a colony of some 600 bats took over one wing.
It has disrupted operations at the Dannon Project, which uses that part of the building.
Hobson City Mayor Alberta McCrory says United Bat Control of Birmingham has been hired to eradicate the animals.
They will remove the bats and seal up any cracks and crevices that allow them into the building.
