Deputies searching for driver in a multi-vehicle wreck involving school bus

JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL (WBRC) - Deputies are searching for a driver involved in a wreck that also involved two other cars and a school bus in Jefferson County.

No students were injured in the Friday morning crash on Brewster and Old Springville Roads, according to Sgt. Jack Self with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.

The driver of a black car fled the scene and could be responsible for the wreck, authorities say.

No word on if there were any other injuries in the wreck.
