CULLMAN COUNTY, AL (WBRC) - A 29-year-old Vinemont woman is in the Cullman County Detention Center after investigators say she used meth in the presence of children.

Angela Michelle Simpers is charged with three counts of chemical endangerment of a child.

The arrest stems from an investigation conducted by investigators with the Cullman County Sheriff's Office and the Department of Human Resources

During the course of the investigation it was confirmed that methamphetamine and syringes were present within the  home and being used around the children who are all under the age of 10.
