TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) - Mind Changers is a program to help mentor hundreds of students in Tuscaloosa City and County Schools.
Bryant High is the flagship group of mind changers with a more than 90 percent graduation rate.
Holt High is the other high school to participate.
In its fourth year, an Annual Ties and Pearls Gala awards students for their achievements in the classroom.
"If you change your mindset about making bad decisions and stuff and make better decisions and positive choices, that mindset change could possibly change your life," said Rodney Pelt, Sr., Mind Changers' CEO/Founder.
