BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Briarwood Presbyterian Church started its annual walk through Nativity Wednesday night.
More than 900 church members help make the three-night event happen. The church said it sees about 12,000 people a year.
"It's grown bigger and bigger. Last year it was around 12,000 people. I don't know how many it will be this year. It's been wonderful and we love to see how the community has been blessed by it and it's become a tradition," Sr. Pastor Harry Reeder said.
If you'd like to see for yourself, the nativity scene is up the rest of this week through Friday from 6:45 to 8:45 p.m. and admission is free.
