Police: Teen hospitalized after being shot in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - A 17-year-old male was taken to a hospital after being shot on Birmingham's 2nd Avenue and 43rd Street South.
Police say his injuries are not life-threatening.
Investigators do not know the motive of the shooting and do not have a suspect.
