UPDATE: Missing 5-year-old girl has been found safe

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Birmingham police said a missing 5-year-old girl has been found safe.
Camila Sanabria was located in North Carolina with her father.
Police said after further investigation, the mother moved to Alabama from North Carolina in an attempt to get away from child's father.
The mother is originally from Honduras. Technically, there are no official documents as to who has legal custody of the child.
