Group raising money to fund lawmaker's legal defense

MONTGOMERY, AL (WBRC) - A group is planning to raise money for a legal defense fund to defend a Montgomery lawmaker accused of public corruption in the electronic bingo probe.   

In a press release, friends and supporter of Sen. Quinton Ross says they want to raise money to defray some of the cost of his defense. Part of the money will go toward hiring expert witnesses and payment of attorney fees.
