Hashbrown casserole

Kairos Hashbrown Kasserole

Recipe courtesy of James K Jones from Kairos Kafe

4 cups Hashbrowns (the cubed ones work best)

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1 cup Cream of Celery

½ Cup Heavy Cream

1 tablespoon Heavy Cream

1 small red onion, diced

½ teaspoon minced garlic

Sea Salt

Cracked Black Pepper

Cracked White Pepper

Celery Salt

In a large mixing bowl add Hashbrowns, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Cream of Celery, onions, and Heavy Cream. Mix together with a spoon until ingredients become uniform. Add salt, pepper, and celery salt to taste.

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9X12 casserole dish with cooking spray. Put in a splash of heavy cream and even it out into the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle in garlic, and a dash of salt & white pepper.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook just until the top browns.

Serve immediately or cover and keep warm until you want to serve it. This Casserole recipe sounds simple but it is one of the best tasting casseroles I've ever tasted. Enjoy!
