REFORM, Ala. (WBRC) - Authorities in Reform are investigating a double homicide after two men were found dead in a driveway on Sunday.

Reform Police Chief Richard Black says this happened in the 300 block of 5th Street SW around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.

District Attorney Andrew Hamlin said it appears the men died from gunshot wounds.

Officers with the Aliceville, Carrollton and Gordo Police departments responded to the scene to assist.

Pickens County Coroner Chad Harless has identified the men as Qualyin Smith, 23, of Columbus, Mississippi and Christopher Hill, 27, of Northport.

Investigators with the 24th Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office, Pickens County Sheriff’s Department and the Reform Police Department are conducting the investigation into the deaths. No arrests have been made at the time.
