ANNISTON, Ala. (WBRC) - Fire Lieutenant Justin Roberts with the Anniston Fire Department died Thursday night after a battle with COVID-19, according to the department.

Lt. Roberts was placed on a ventilator at RMC Hospital Friday, August 13.

He has been with AFD for 20 years as of August 24, 2021.
