One year later: SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey reflects on pandemic shutdown
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey tweeted his handwritten notes from one year ago when the conference and most of the sports world was shutting down because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sankey said they were about to stop everything when he took notes about plans and what needed to be done.
The most telling portion was at the end when Sankey wrote, “I need help.”
