TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WBRC) - Tuscaloosa police have arrested 4 men in connection with several robberies reported in areas near the UA campus.
Isaiah Jamal Farrow, 20, Keon Lamar Brown, 23, Jaylen Jakobie Fulghun, 22, and Deshaun Darnell Bryant, 23, face multiple charges. They are also facing charges filed by other law enforcement agencies.
All four men were taken into custody in December, but the investigation is ongoing.
Tuscaloosa police say the first case was reported around midnight on November 29. Three suspects approached a man in the area of The Strip and asked if he wanted to buy marijuana. The suspects went to a home on Dearing Place, where they robbed four victims of items including a video game console and cash, according to police.
On December 11, multiple victims reported they were robbed by four men wearing hoodies while on Seventh Street. Phones and wallets were reported stolen in this incident.
Farrow, Fulghum and Brown are all charged with four counts of first-degree robbery, one count of attempted first-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree burglary, one count of first-degree theft and one count of fourth-degree theft.
Bryant is charged with one count of first-degree robbery and one count of fourth-degree theft.
