Brookwood Baptist Medical Center welcomes its first baby of 2021

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - Welcome to the world, Caela!

The beautiful baby girl was born at 12:40 a.m. at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center, weighing 8 pounds, 2 ounces and 21.5 inches in length.

Caela is the daughter of Carletra Jackson of Birmingham.

“I’m blessed and honored to have a beautiful baby girl to start the new 2021 year off,” Carletra said.
