Shelby County will use air patrols to help with traffic
SHELBY CO., Ala. (WBRC) - The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is going to help ease traffic from the air.
In a Facebook post Wednesday, the Sheriff’s Office announced their helicopter will make numerous air patrols in the near future in order to monitor and assist with traffic flow.
The patrols will also focus on school traffic zones.
Crews in the helicopter will give real-time traffic information to deputies on ground patrol.
