AAATC: Jerk chicken chili

Jerk chicken chili


1 lb grilled or blackened chicken

14 oz black beans

14 oz pinto beans

1 bell pepper, diced

1 yellow onion, diced

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 qt Jamaican jerk sauce

2 Tbsp chili powder

1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce


Saute onion and pepper in olive oil for about 6 minutes. Add chicken, beans, jerk sauce, and Worchestershire sauce. Stir all ingredients together. Simmer for up to 2 hours. It is really tasty chili!
