1-2 fresh salmon fillets

1/2 cup cleaned & deveined shrimp

1/3 cup crab meat

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup heavy cream

Weber cilantro lime seasoning

1 cup half & half

1 cup water

1 cup corn grits

1/3 cup sour cream

1/2 stick butter

Kosher salt

Seazon seasoning


Add half & half and water to a medium pot over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add salt.

Once liquid starts boiling, briskly stir in grits and bring heat down to low, constantly stirring to maintain smoothness. They should be completely tender, thick and lump-free.

In a medium sauce pan, bring olive oil to medium heat and add in seasoned salmon fillet. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove and sit aside. In the same pan, toss shrimp and crab meat for 3 mins and stir in heavy cream and seasonings. Simmer for at least 7 minutes. Plate and enjoy!
