AUSTIN, Tex. (WBRC/CNN) - A Texas man is working to bring what he calls an endless source of water to victims of Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas.

Moses West first brought his water-harvesting machine to Flint to provide a fresh, free supply.

West now wants to take his invention to the Bahamas, and he needs about $15,000 in transportation costs alone.
