Sharon's Sweets: Blueberry bread pudding

Blueberry bread pudding


3 large eggs

4 cups heavy cream

2 cups sugar

1 Tsp vanilla

2 cup blueberries

10 oz vanilla baking chips

1 loaf French bread


10 oz vanilla baking chips

1 cup heavy cream


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine; beaten eggs, cream sugar & vanilla. Stir in bread & let sit for 15 min to soak up liquid. Stir in blueberries & vanilla chips.

Transfer to a greased 13X9 baking pan. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Heat cream in a pan just to boil. Pour over vanilla chips & stir until completely melted.

Pour over pudding & serve. Enjoy!
