Preservery Birmingham: Duck bacon & egg biscuit

Duck bacon & egg biscuit with watermelon chow chow

Ingredients/Directions:

Biscuit - frozen are fine.

Bake according to package instructions.

Quick cure sliced cooked duck breast using sugar and salt.

Fry in skillet using your choice of oil.

Drain.

Bake egg in muffin tin.

To assemble:

Slice biscuit and top with duck bacon and egg. Garnish with watermelon chow chow.
