Chef Louie Consoli shows you how to make delicious buffalo chicken wrap that is perfect for the spring and summer.
- 4 boneless chicken thighs sliced
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1 green onion
- 1 Spring Mix Salad
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/4 cup Hot Sauce
- 1 pack soft tortilla wraps
- In a skillet saute sliced chicken in butter until 3/4 cooked
- Add hot sauce and cook until finished
- Slice veggies and set aside
- Warm tortillas, dress with chicken, veggies and blue cheese
