Brennan's Irish Pub: Guinness Pot De Creme


6 oz Dark Chocolate chips

1/4 cup Heavy Cream

1/4 Cup Guinness

3 eggs

1/2 Tablespoon butter

pinch of salt



Heat Chocolate, cream, butter and salt in a double boiler until it starts to melt. Add Guinness and mix well. Once it is melted and mixed well remove from heat. Add egg and whisk until the mix begins to thicken. Portion the mix and cool overnight. Top with Whipped cream and serve with a cookie.
