We're taking a look at some of the state's oldest traditions that are all Absolutely Alabama! (Source: WBRC)

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - This week we’ve got a jewel of a story to tell you about an unmatched family tradition and the oldest family owned business in the entire country, right here in our home state.

Absolutely Alabama: Bromberg & Co.

Speaking of tradition, shoeing a horse is an old time one and you’ll meet the only singing farrier we know.

Also, we swing open The Vault and listen in on a man keeping alive an ancient musical tradition.

And we’ll take you to a church where they take great “panes” to proudly display their stained glass windows in the small West Alabama town of Reform and why is Reform called Reform anyway? The answer is Absolutely Alabama!

See for yourself Saturday morning at 5:30 WSFA12 in Montgomery or at 4:30 Sunday morning on WBRC FOX6 News in Birmingham. Start your day the Absolutely Alabama Way!
