Protesters for Hoover shooting march down Highway 31, end up at Galleria

HOOVER, AL (WBRC) - Protesters along Highway 31 in Hoover who are angry about the Thanksgiving night shooting at the Galleria have spilled into the roadway attempting to block traffic.

The gathering began shortly after 6 p.m. Monday evening outside the Hoover Police Department. Just before 7 p.m., the group made their way into Highway 31, blocking traffic in the process.
Protesters stopped traffic for around 20 minutes on Highway 31. The protesters then marched to Riverchase Galleria.
