BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Use caution when driving Thursday night and early Friday morning. The fog is dense with visibility down to a few hundred feet in some places. The fog is especially bad in places that received significant rainfall this morning. The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory through early Friday.
Once the fog burns off Friday morning, we will still have widespread low clouds with temperatures in the 50s. During the afternoon, we should see some clearing giving us partly sunny skies. Highs will reach the mid 60s.
Fortunately, the weekend weather looks fantastic with sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 60s.
