Honey Pecan Vinaigrette and Caramelized Apples

2 cups Apple cider vinegar
½ cups Local Honey
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp kosher salt
½ cups toasted pecans
2 cups extra virgin olive oil

2 Tbs chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped pecans
Place top ingredients in blender except for the extra virgin olive oil. Blend ingredients on high while slowly adding the Evo. 
Pour into container and mix in parsley and chopped pecans.

Caramelized apples


5 Local apples
2 tbs butter
2 tbs brown sugar


Slice apples into half moons. Heat sautee pan. Place butter in the pan. Heat butter until melted but not browning. Add apples to pan. Coat apples with butter. 
Add brown sugar to pan. Heat until the apples until are browned and slightly wilted
