TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) - The Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office will begin a series of community meetings Thursday.
The first meeting will be for the Vance/Coaling area Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Vance Ball Park, next to Vance Town Hall.
Officers from the sheriff's office and police departments for the area will be there to hear from residents about questions and concerns related to their communities. There will also be specialty units and equipment for people to see up close.
Additional meetings are planned for next week:
- Tuesday, November 14: Brookwood - Brookwood Park, 6 p.m.
- Thursday, November 16: Lake View - Lake View Town Hall, 6 p..m.
