Italian Chili


1 pound of Ground Beef, Browned and Drained
1 Small Onion Diced
1 Large Carrot, Julienned 
3 Stalks of Celery, Chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced or 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Salt
2 Cans -14.5oz- of Diced Tomatoes
1 Can -15oz- Red Kidney Beans, Undrained
1 Can -15oz- Great Northern Beans, Undrained
1 Can -15oz- Tomato Sauce 
1 Can -12oz- V-8 Juice
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
2 Tablespoon of Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Basil
1 Teaspoon of Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Thyme
1/2 Pound of Ditali Pasta


Let all the ingredients except Pasta simmer for 1 hour.

Cook pasta right before serving.
