1 pound of Ground Turkey Meat
1 Garlic Clove, minced
½ pound of Fresh Spinach
2 oz of Feta Cheese
¼ tspof cayenne pepper
½ tsp of smoked paprika
½ tsp of ground onion
Handful of Fresh Parsley, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of Oil
In a medium sized bowl, add all ingredients together making sure to test a small amount for seasonings. If you need to add more please do so.
In a medium sized non-stick skillet, add oil and let is come to smoking point, form balls with gloved hands, place in hot skillet and cook for 2-3 mins for sear.
Then, check temperature in the middle, should be 145 or higher, if not place in oven at 350 for 2-3 mins.
