1 lb ground beef
I medium onion sliced
1/4lb bacon chopped
1 stick butter
4 oz blue cheese crumbles
Salt & pepper to taste
Form 8 thin patties and set aside
In a skillet on medium low heat add chopped bacon and cook half way and drain grease. Add butter and onions and cook till caramelized.
After mixture cools stuff burger patties and grill to liking.
A minute or two before finished top with blue cheese and allow to slightly melt.
Serve on buns and enjoy.
