FOX & Friends cohost, Brian Kilmeade, is out with a new book Andrew Jackson and the Miracle of New Orleans. Brian heads to Birmingham this week for a book signing. He will be at Books-A-Million at Brookwood Village on Saturday at 4 p.m. Another history page-turner from the New York Times bestselling authors of GEORGE WASHINGTON'S SECRET SIX and THOMAS JEFFERSON AND THE TRIPOLI PIRATES. Kilmeade's latest historical thriller brings new understanding to one of America's greatest generals – who later became one of its most controversial presidents.

When the British fought the young United States during the War of 1812, they knew that taking the mouth of the Mississippi River was the key to crippling their former colony. What the British didn't count on was the power of General Andrew Jackson. He rallied the divided inhabitants of New Orleans, bringing together Frenchmen, Native Americans, freed slaves, pirates, and Kentucky woodsmen. In their now trademark fashion, Brian Kilmeade and Don Yaeger bring you to the scenes of one of the most pivotal—and surprising—battles in American history.

Andrew Jackson And The Miracle Of New Orleans: The Battle That Shaped America's Destiny is now available on store shelves and online at
