BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Birmingham police responded to a shooting in the 1400 block of 90th Place North around 4:15 Saturday morning.

41-year-old Antron Grace was pronounced dead in his driveway having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

According to police, a preliminary investigation revealed an argument occurred between the victim and the suspect.

No one is in custody at this time.

“It’s really unfortunate what happened to the victim. Arguing with someone outside your home at that time is unusual. He may have known his killer, and so our focus now is to identify the suspect and bring them to justice," Sgt. Bryan Shelton said.

If anyone has any information pertaining to the case, please contact the BPD Homicide Unit at 205-254-1764 or Crime Stoppers at 205-254-7777.
