4 cups chicken broth
1/8 teaspoons fresh ground ginger
2 tablespoons fresh green onion
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg yolk
2 slices mushrooms
Bring broth to a simmer. Add ginger, green onions, and mushrooms. Beat eggs in a small bowl and gently add to broth while stirring. Mix cornstarch with a few tablespoons of broth in a small bowl then add to soup. Adjust seasoning to your taste
