2 Lg Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
1 bunch of Fresh Basil, julienned
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 T of Garlic Powder
½ T of Onion Powder
4 T of Oil
½ cup of flour
2 oz of butter
4 cups of milk
1 cup of Mottz cheese
2 cup of Noodles, cooked
In a small pot, melt butter, add flour till the butter absorbs it and makes a paste.
Heat milk to almost boil, whisk in to butter mixture until thick.
Take off heat and set aside for later. In a hot skillet add oil, chicken, garlic, salt, pepper and onion.
Sauté until chicken is cooked, then add to milk sauce, add in cooked noodles and basil. Top with cheese and serve.
