1 pizza crust
Brush the bottom of the crust with olive oil
Spread 2 oz of Carolina gold bbq sauce - mixture of bbq and yellow mustard
3 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz shredded/sliced grilled pork tenderloin
6 dill pickle slices
Roll out dough, brush the underside/bottom with olive oil for browning.
Spread the sauce and cheese over the crust. Spread evenly the pork.
Place 6 pickles on the pizza, one for each slice. Top with sliced yellow onions.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melting and the crust starts to brown.
