The most expensive homes in the market are on Lake Tuscaloosa with an average $1.01M value. Lake Martin is second at $667K on average. Lewis Smith Lake comes in 5th and Lake Guntersville is also in the top 10. Lake Martin currently has 44 million dollar listings, Lewis Smith Lake has 10 million dollar listings, and 9 each on Lake Guntersville and Lake Tuscaloosa.
