1 (16-oz) package Farm to Family 93% lean ground turkey
½ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
1½ teaspoons ground cumin
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon black pepper
8 (6-inch) corn tostada shells
1 cup prepared guacamole
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded 2% reduced fat Cheddar or taco blend cheese
1 cup refrigerated fresh salsa
Cook turkey, onion and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until turkey is browned, about 6 minutes.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, oregano, paprika, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and ¼ cup water. Simmer until water is evaporated.
Spread 2 tablespoons guacamole over each tostada shell; top evenly with turkey.
Top each tostada with ¼ cup lettuce, 2 tablespoons cheese, and 2 tablespoons salsa. Serve immediately.
