1 pound ground hot pork sausage
1 10 ounce can diced tomato and green chiles or 2 small cans of green chiles and no tomatoes
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 8 ounce container of sour cream
3/4 cup or 3 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Cook sausage and drain off fat. In a baking dish, combine tomatoes and green chiles, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese, reserving cheese for the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with corn chips.
