1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 banana liqueur
pinch of cinnamon
ice-cream for serving
Heat saute pan over med heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar and add bananas. Heat until bananas
begin to caramelize, 1-2 minutes. Add bourbon and banana liqueur, being mindful that the
alcohol may flame. Allow to cook down for a about 30 seconds then add dash of cinnamon.
Serve over ice-cream of choice
