3 4.5 oz cans of tuna in water drained
3 tbsp cappers drained
1/2 cup unsalted butter soft
1 tbsp pecorino Romano cheese
1 1/2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a medium size bowl combine all ingredients, mix well and serve over salad or on bread as a wonderful tuna salad sandwich.
