Grilled Pork Chops w/Edamame Slaw

Ingredients:
 
2 5 oz pork chops,grilled,broiled,or roasted
1 ½ cup red cabbage
1 ½ cup green cabbage
½ cup diced celery
1 cup sliced red pepper
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cup chopped green onion
½ cup diced cauliflower
1 tbsp diced ginger
½ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 cup edamame

Directions:
 
Combine all vegetables in large bowl and mix well while your pork chops are cooking.Make sure everything is well coated.Serve over or on the side of your pork chops.This is a very healthy,refreshing dish with plenty of nutrients and very lean when it comes to fat content.
