Pepper jack Cheese
Take and make an 8 oz. patty from the ground brisket and season well with salt, pepper and garlic and cook on a griddle or flat top surface til medium. While the burger is finishing have the onion rings cooked and waiting. Fry the egg in a skillet. You want the egg yolk to be a little runny in the middle. Heat the ham on the griddle with the burger while you melt the cheeses on the burger. When assembling, start with onion rings and bbq sauce on bottom, followed by ham and pepper jack cheese then burger with mozzarella, finally the fried egg on top. Cut in half and enjoy. It is a messy delicious burger.
