6 Medium Boneless Chicken Breast
16 ozs. Spinach Dip, chopped and drained
1 pt. Sour cream
1/2 cup minced onions
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Take raw chicken breasts and thinly slice them.
Stuff with spinach dip mixture and roll up jellyroll style.
Place stuffed breast in lightly greased shadow baking dish.
Sprinkle with Lawry's Seasoning salt, garlic salt and black pepper
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
Mix all Alfredo sauce and diced stewed tomatoes together and heat on top of stove until slightly warm. Set aside.
Remove breast from oven and cover with Alfredo sauce and place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
